Additionally, the judge laid out a new cellphone policy stating Jolie must provide Pitt with the cell number of each child so he can text or call each of them at will and without Jolie monitoring the conversations.

The 43-year-old actress now has primary custody over the six children - Maddox, 16, Pax, 14, Zahara, 13, Shiloh, 12, and nine-year-old twins Knox and Vivienne - she has with her estranged husband, but according to new court papers, she could lose that custody arrangement the Fight Club star doesn't spend more time with his brood.

According to documents obtained by The Blast, a judge in Angelina and Brad's divorce case determined that the former couple's six children "not having a relationship with their father is harmful to them", and adds that "it is critical that each of them have a healthy and strong relationship with their father and mother". However, she still struggles whenever the kids are away from her, even when they are with their father.

The report details a new custody schedule for the summer too. The schedule involves each child except for Maddox, who is being allowed to make his own choices because he is older.

Brad will not have all the kids at once, but he'll designate one or two of the children to spend time with at a time. The doctors will also spend time with the kids while in L.A. In late June, he'll get 10 hours a day. and from early to mid-July he'll get the kids for 4 consecutive days.

Court documents show a judge has restricted how much Jolie can control Pitt's interaction with the kids, according to reports by outlets including People and TMZ. He also has custody for four hours a day from July 8 to 14. The court also said that a child therapist will be present, either for the visits themselves or to check in with the children after the visits.

Jolie and Pitt were ordered to go through a summer schedule over the phone with their children, along with two psychologists. It is Jolie's responsibility to fly them to LA, and he will fly them back to London. On July 21, the kids will travel back to Los Angeles to be with their dad, before heading back across the pond on July 29 to join their mother.
