Heather Locklear accused of attacking deputy, EMT

For the second time this year, actress Heather Locklear was arrested for battery on a police officer and emergency personnel.

TMZ says that Locklear was taken into custody last night after a 911 call brought the police and ambulance to the actor's home.

Actress Heather Locklear is once again in legal trouble after authorities say she attacked a police officer and an EMT in California.

After a check up in hospital, Locklear was then taken to jail where she was held on $20,000 bail (£15,000).

In February, she was arrested in her home under similar circumstances and charged with four misdemeanor counts of battery on an officer.

If you don't score an early goal and we have the chances then it's going to be hard until the end". However, Marcus Reus pulled things back with a stupendous goal in the 48th minute.

In 911 dispatch audio obtained by the site, the family member described Locklear as erratic and said she was looking for a gun to shoot herself. Responding deputies said she was heavily intoxicated and arguing with friends and family. Last week, she was hospitalised and underwent a psychiatric evaluation. A family member called for help concerning a domestic disturbance, and things got tricky according to TMZ after Heather lashed out.

ET Canada has reached out to Locklear's rep for further comments.

The actress had a previous brush with the authorities in 2008, when she was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of prescription medication.

The 56-year-old actress was among the biggest television stars of the 1980s and 1990s, with roles on "Dynasty", "T.J".

"Sadly her addiction has made her paranoid and that has been the main cause of her fights with both her family and the law enforcement that has been called to her home", the source continues to claim.
