John Cena Says He's Willing To Reverse Vasectomy For Nikki Bella

Cape Town - It looks like pro wrestlers John Cena and Nikki Bella have worked through their issues and are back together.

During the dinner Cena told Nikki that he wants to marry her and is willing to give her a child to make it happen.

Bella: "You're sure, though?"

The two ended their discussion with a kiss.

"I wanna marry you and relationship and marriage especially is about sacrifice, and I will make that sacrifice for you".

She continued: "I just want to help, starting with one person at a time". In response, Kim said: "I'll just be an intern".

Bella, of course, is anxious that he'll "change his mind" when the kids get here, and John Cena reassured her that he's made his mind up about having children with her.

"I physically can't have kids", Cena, 41, said in Sunday's episode.

There's been lots of talk about how John Cena and Nikki Bella's breakup may have been due to his desire to not have kids.

Earlier in the Total Bellas season, Nikki confessed to her mother and to her twin sister, Brie, that there were "major problems" that weren't addressed in the six years that she and Cena were together.

A month after their split, Cena made it very clear that he would indeed have children just to be with Nikki.
