Kelly Clarkson Reveals the Secret to Her 37-Pound Weight Loss

Kelly Clarkson has managed to get rid of no less than 37 unwanted pounds over the last few months!

The singer says she does not work out, joking, "I do wine instead".

"I had an autoimmune disease and a thyroid problem that started in like 2006", Clarkson said on NBC's Today show on Friday. I read this book...it might not work for you but it worked wonderfully. "It's, like, 37 pounds, like that's a side effect", Clarkson said on June 8, admitting that although she was happy to have lost an impressive number of pounds that she was mainly excited about the fact that she no longer has to be on medication for her thyroid issue.

"Here's the best part, y'all". "I'm not on medicine anymore because of this book, it's called 'The Plant Paradox (by Steven R. Gundry, MD).' It's basically about how we cook our food, non-GMO, no pesticides, eating really organic ..." "I think people think I'm working out and I'm like, 'Don't think I'm going to come play some sport!'"

"Honestly, it's the same stuff you eat, I just use different ingredients", Clarkson said. Like, literally, I still have everything the same as I did, even, like, fried chicken, but I use, like, casoid flour, tapioca, or almond flour. It's really expensive to do. I wish the government would back humanity on this, 'cause it is really hard to find. I was poor growing up, and there is no way my family could've afforded this. Like I said, my auto-immune disease is, like, gone. "My autoimmune disease is like, gone and I'm like 37 pounds lighter in my pleather". "I literally hired Harry Potter and Spanx; it's all like a sausage".
