Syria airstrike reportedly kills dozens of civilians in Deir Ezzor near Iraq border

The raid hit a gathering at an ice factory near the village of al-Soussa. It said at least 54 people were killed including 28 civilians mostly from Iraq while the rest were IS gunmen.
