Crenshaw then got up and used the scissors in self defense and quickly walked off, police said.
Jonathan Crenshaw, who paints pictures with his feet and weighs around 90lbs, was arrested in Miami Beach for allegedly stabbing a tourist from Chicago with a pair of scissors.
Police found Crenshaw nearby after he was described to officers as a homeless man without arms.
A homeless artist who does not have arms stabbed a tourist by grabbing a pair of scissors with his feet, police say. "I came for a vacation", Coronado told the Miami NBC station."I just said, 'do you know where this is?' but as soon as I talked, the only thing he reacted was - he just cut me".
Crenshaw said he was lying down when Coronado approached and punched him, police added.

It noted that Crenshaw is a popular fixture in the area and is known for painting canvases along a trendy spot in the neighbourhood of South Beach in the city of Miami Beach.
Police found Crenshaw a short distance away, on the 200 block of Lincoln Road. Both of them said that Coronado had approached Crenshaw for directions when the man jumped up and stabbed him.
The victim, Cesar Coronado, was admitted to a local hospital bleeding from his left arm, police said.
On Wednesday, Coronado was trying to make sense of the incident. No, no, I wouldn't do that. Like, is it the right guy at that point?
Crenshaw was treated at Mt. Sinai Medical Center.
