Brock Lesnar Shoves Daniel Cormier After 'DC' Wins Heavyweight Title

UFC 226 takes place at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada in the early hours of Sunday morning.

Right before the highly anticipated heavyweight title fight between Stipe Miocic and Daniel Cormier at Saturday's UFC 226 event, Brock Lesnar made his way to the cageside area to take in the action. The only other fighter to do so is Conor McGregor, who has since been stripped of both belts. Though rumors have swirled about a potential fight between the two in November in NY, nothing was official at the time that Cormier called Lesnar to the Octagon, so Cormier may have simply been adding more fuel to the fire.

"I walked in the building and watched the heavyweight disaster from the beginning", Lesnar said. He's a former UFC champion.

Following his Heavyweight title win on Saturday, Cormier got on the microphone and said he wants to fight Lesnar - who sat in the crowd for the main event.

Brock stormed the octagon following Cormier's challenge and pushed "DC" immediately upon his arrival onto the canvas. Lesnar is a former UFC heavyweight champion and has been heavily rumored to be entertaining the idea of a return to MMA.

One person gored on opening day of Pamplona bull runs
The majority of runners are men - women have only been allowed to take part since 1974. Past year more than 17,000 people took part, with 64 injured, seven of them gored.

Lesnar then proceeded to rip into the heavyweights on the UFC 226 fight card. "DC, I'm coming for you, mother*****r!" I was ranked number two in the world before I went down [to light-heavyweight]. If he didn't finish [Francis] Ngannou on the ground, he is not finishing me on the ground. "Of course it's great to get the opportunity to find out whether you're better than another champion, because I respect Daniel a lot, and I know he respects me".

While it seemed like Lesnar was rolling along in his title run, he was shut down with illnesses and even diagnosed with diverticulitis. Holloway was again on the trainer's table just a day before his scheduled lightweight scrap with Khabib Nurmagomedov due to complications from weight cutting.

Prior to the fight, Joe Rogan heard Lesnar tell Dana White that he wanted the victor of the fight. His win over Mark Hunt was declared a no-contest after he tested positive for a banned substance.

Re-entering the drug testing pool is critical due to the test failure Lesnar had back in the summer of 2016 following his last UFC fight.
