In the audio aired first on CNN's "Cuomo Prime Time", Trump and Cohen can be heard discussing how they would buy the rights to former Playboy model Karen McDougal's story about an alleged affair she had with Trump years earlier, which Trump denies.

Last night, Lanny Davis, Michael Cohen's lawyer, released a tape to CNN. Cohen quickly replies, "No, no, no, no, no".

Cohen's attorney Lanny Davis provided CNN the September 2016 recording and said Trump's attorney Rudy Giuliani had been "falsely disparaging" Cohen.

On the video from the pool spray you can hear reporters shouting out questions like "Did Michael Cohen betray you?" and "Are you anxious about what Michael Cohen is going to say to prosecutors?"

Fox News chief judicial analyst Andrew Napolitano on Wednesday weighed in on a newly released audio tape of a conversation between President Donald Trump and his former personal attorney Michael Cohen, explaining that the conversation could constitute proof of fraudulent behavior and jeopardize Trump's attorney-client privilege. The conversation about the potential payment appears to have been interrupted in the middle of Trump saying what sounds like "check", and abruptly cuts to a different person for a few seconds. "Can this be so?" In addition, Trump's attorneys have not claimed the recording is a privileged attorney-client conversation.

At the start of the audio, the president appears to be talking to someone other than Cohen whom he calls "hon" and references a "Charleston thing", concluding, "I'm proud of you".

Qualcomm unveils 5G antenna for next-generation smartphones
Both the QTM052 and the QPM56xx have begun sampling to customers, with devices due to launch as early as the first half of 2019. The signal interference is the biggest hindrance when it comes to developing the millimeter waves into 5G.

This morning Trump tweeted in response to the tape and asked, "What kind of lawyer would tape a client?"

Giuliani has disputed the notion that the recording shows Trump had prior knowledge of the McDougal deal, and he argued that the tape contains "powerful exculpatory evidence" that exonerates Trump. Giuliani confirmed to ABC News Trump did have a discussion with Cohen before the election but he said that the payment that was being discussed was never made.

Cohen, who once declared he was so loyal he would "take a bullet for the president", is under federal investigation in NY for his business dealings and reportedly whether hush payments violated campaign finance laws.

Cohen replies, "We'll have to pay". "The good news is that your favorite President did nothing wrong!". I hear there are other clients and many reporters that are taped - can this be so?

"Inconceivable that the government would break into a lawyer's office (early in the morning) - nearly unheard of", Trump tweeted, in an apparent reference to an Federal Bureau of Investigation raid on Cohen in April. "It also creates a new headache for the White House as it continues to deal with fallout from Trump's meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin and trade disputes with some of the world's biggest economies".
