In her new single, titled "Sober", a candid Lovato admits to suffering a relapse. Last March, Lovato celebrated six years of sobriety.

Lovato released "Sober" on Thursday. "And daddy please forgive me for the drinks spilled on the floor", Lovato sang. "I want to be a role model but I'm only human". "To the ones who never left me, we've been down this road before, I'm so sorry, I'm not sober anymore".

Wrote Ellen DeGeneres: "I love @DDLovato so much". She and Nick were recently spotted on a dinner date with Lovato's ex-boyfriend Joe Jonas and his current fiancé Sophie Turner. "Our thoughts go out to Demi and her family", the statement read.

Demi was rushed to the hospital Tuesday after an apparent drug overdose.

Reps for the singer did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

Lovato previously completed a stint in rehab at age 18 for drugs, self-harm and an eating disorder before finally getting clean in 2012.
