Joe Hart named in Manchester City squad for pre-season American tour

Ireland under-19 worldwide Tyreke Wilson has been called into the Manchester City squad for their pre-season tour of the US.

Hart spent last season on loan with West Ham after falling out of favour under Pep Guardiola at the Etihad, having spent the previous campaign with Torino in Serie A.

City have a noted history of developing Irish players with Glenn Whelan, Stephen Ireland and Willo Flood all coming through the academy, and in recent years Jack Byrne and goalkeeper Ian Lawlor both made the trip from Irish schoolboy football to City's academy before signing professional contracts.

Benjamin Mendy's knee injury last season meant Fabian Delph was forced into an unfamilliar left-back role for the remainder of the campaign and the England global was being earmarked for a similar role again next term.

World of Warcraft's Battle of Azeroth expansion will be available August 14 for a one-off fee of $49.99. Others require players to buy the game and its expansions but don't need a subscription.

But with Mendy back to full fitness, Zinchenko's first-team opportunities could be restricted this season.

Germany winger Leroy Sane will join up with the squad when they land in the USA and Patrick Roberts, Jack Harrison and Jason Denayer, who spent last season on loan, are also travelling.

World Cup victor Benjamin Mendy, new signing Riyad Mahrez and Germany outcast Leroy Sane join Hart in what is otherwise a youthful 28-man touring party.

Silva will be in NY ahead of the clash with Liverpool, and Mendy, who has played just 260 minutes for City and France this year because of his injury, will be in Miami ahead of the final game against Bayern Munich.
