Manchester United In Advanced Talks With Real Madrid Superstar

Gareth Bale

Gareth Bale

Bale became the world's most expensive player when he signed for Real Madrid from Tottenham in 2013 and has justified the fee by winning four Champions League titles, La Liga and the Copa del Rey.

Last night (Thurday 12 July) Elevens Bar & Grill and the Football Association of Wales jointly hosted a Q&A evening with Gareth Bale.

There is plenty of Manchester United-related gossip doing the rounds in the papers with the Red Devils linked with a whole host of star names.

It remains to be seen if Real's new head coach Julen Lopetegui sees Bale as central to his plans, or if he would rather Real move on from both Ronaldo and Bale.

After the sale of Cristiano Ronaldo, Real Madrid could still lose Gareth Bale this summer.

Among the relationships allegedly forged by Butina were ties with the NRA, which is a strong ally of the Republican Party. Prosecutors also note that the official has since been sanctioned by the US.

According to Manchester Evening News, Manchester United boss José Mourinho and chief executive have chose to pursue a deal for Bale, who has been a long-time target for the club.

Gareth Bale has revealed how he shelved "frustration" over not starting the Champions League final to score the bicycle kick that made global headlines.

The 28-year-old fell out of favour under Zinedine Zidane but United's chances of signing Bale were damaged when the Frenchman left the club at the end of the season.

But he admitted his long-term future was unclear after scoring one of the Champions League's best-ever goals with an overhead kick against Liverpool in Kyiv. I can decide if I want to stay or go, but Chelsea will make the final decision - if they want to let me go. I remember the manager saying at half time, I needed one more to break it.
