Thailand cave rescue set to resume for 9 still trapped

A third boy was reportedly freed at about 7:35 p.m. local time, and the fourth was rescued 12 minutes later.

Australian foreign minister Julie Bishop has said today she believes the boys will be rescued in groups of four. "We can't visit our boys in hospital because they need to be monitored for 48 hours", Somboon told Reuters.

The entire world as been riveted as efforts were underway Sunday to rescue the 12 boys, all members of a youth soccer team.

Narongsak said he didn't know when the team would be able to rescue the rest of the boys but he estimated at least 10 hours and no more than 20.

The toughest part of the route is a section at nearly halfway called "T-Junction", which due to its narrowness causes divers to remove their air tanks to fit through. They say rescuing the eight remaining boys and their soccer coach could take up to four days.

Narongsak Osottanakorn, the head of the rescue operation, said the boys had khao pad grapao, a Thai dish of meat fried with chili and basil and served over rice, in the morning as per their wish.

The names of the rescued boys have not been released out of "respect for those families whose sons are still trapped inside", the mission chief said.

Dele, Maguire head England into first semi-final in 28 years
Cheryshev collected the ball near the halfway line, exchanged passes with Artem Dzyuba and curled a 25-metre shot past Subasic. The shot-stopper was called into action three times to deny Marcus Berg and Viktor Klaesson - and he did so superbly.

Narongsak said favorable factors for a successful rescue, including the fact that water levels in the cave remain stable even though rain had fallen. Ambulances were on standby to receive the next batch of boys who are expected to be plucked from the cave.

An additional eight boys, ages 11 to 16, and their 25-year-old coach are still inside the Tham Luang cave, where they've been trapped by flood waters since June 23.

He added that the divers were the "same multinational team" that rescued the four boys on Sunday. The Associated Press reports that four ambulances were seen leaving the area near the cave entrance on Monday, with patients taken to waiting helicopters. Workers have been laboring around the clock to pump water out of the cave, and authorities said Monday that heavy downpours overnight did not raise water levels inside. A former Thai navy SEAL passed out and died making the dive Friday.

Authorities have refused to confirm names reported in local media, but in the small town of Mae Sai where the cave is located, it's all anybody is talking about. The race to save their lives before the monsoon rains hit have since become an worldwide effort! Each boy was accompanied by two divers in an arduous journey through a mile of underwater tunnels.

The last video shows the process of removing the submarine from the pool and the team unlocking the door, before the passenger, arms crossed, slides out.

When a pair of expert cave divers from the United Kingdom discovered the 12 players and their coach huddled together on a dry slab of rock, there was joy and elation, but also unease as it became clear just how hard it would be to bring them all out.

The soccer team had been trapped in the underground cave network since June 23, with flash floods causing water levels to rise, making it hard to get out.
