Weather: Likely some showers and storms overnight

Highs will be in the 80s, with some potential for 70s in the northern parts of Kansas.

There will likely be some showers and storms developing in the Gulf and moving onshore overnight. Lows will be in the middle to upper 60s with light winds. Things are about to change as our 7 day forecast is showing rain showers and thunderstorms from Sunday through Thursday.

Overnight, expect cloudy skies and windy conditions with gusts of 30 to 40 miles per hour. Wind: E 5-10. High: 92. Storms will develop in the Gulf of Mexico and move onto the coast, becoming more numerous as they spread inland.

Weather: Likely some showers and storms overnight

Thu: High: 88 Low: 70 A.M. showers/storms, partly cloudy with more showers/storms overnight. This may increase the strength of the storms.

Look for mostly clear to partly cloudy skies and highs near 93. Southwest wind around 5 miles per hour. Plan on highs in the low 90s. It'll be breezy as well, so it won't be a very good boating day. The severe weather is over, but the rain continues as scattered showers and a few rumbles are expected through the weekend. Expect numerous showers and storms across our area. Rain chances should drop a little as the upper low starts moving west and away from Florida. Temperatures will warm to the mid and upper 80s. While we could see some development in the evening, we will be monitoring an organized cluster of storms north of the state.
