Will Donald Trump meet Boris Johnson? "Not sure", says U.S. ambassador

Tory eurosceptics have fired their opening salvo in a bid to kill off the prime minister's Chequers plan for Britain's post-Brexit relationship with the European Union.

Explains David: "Even before Boris Johnson and David Davis" resignation, United Kingdom exporters have been tightening their line and very cautious about the proposal to avoid customs checks by differentiating between goods coming into the United Kingdom and those ultimately bound for the EU.

Boris Johnson's decision to quit at the start of the week, along with Brexit minister David Davis and other officials, threatened to destabilise May's government and her plans for a business-friendly Brexit, agreed with top ministers last week.

The other two call on Britain to maintain a separate Value-Added Tax regime from the EU and force the PM to table primary legislation if she opts to keep the United Kingdom in the customs union.

Arriving at the North Atlantic Treaty Organisation summit in Brussels on the eve of the Brexit White Paper being published May said the Chequers agreement "delivers on the vote that people gave".

"It may resolve the dilemma the prime minister faces".

Microsoft chief Brad Smith raises alarms about face recognition
Microsoft said last month that it had trained its systems to more accurately recognize different skin colors. The company said its work with the agency is limited to mail, messaging and office work.

"We're extremely confident in the ability of the United Kingdom to plough through this issue with Brexit and move on", he said.

The resignations not only potentially weaken Prime Minister Theresa May's standing within her own party - emboldening Conservative Eurosceptics - but also undermine our negotiating position with the European Union still further. May's Conservative opponents could trigger a confidence vote against her if at least 48 MPs support it, but to actually force her from office 159 MPs would have to vote against her - a figure hardliners may not be able to reach.

"For the record. ERG is not expecting any further resignations, nor were we expecting any in the first place", said Mr Jenkin. In theory, it can result in May's resignation as party leader and the country's prime minister. May has faced a backlash over the plan from Brexit hardliners in her Conservative Party who say it gives too many concessions to the European Union, but she has support from moderates and there is no challenge to her leadership. "We are supporting Theresa for PM".

When asked directly if Trump would meet Boris, US Ambassador Woody Johnson told BBC Radio: "Is he going to make time?"

"There is a whole range of scenarios in which they get no Brexit, or an indefinitely delayed Brexit, or a change of government or a second referendum".

"Seeing as the Prime Minister isn't bringing Brexit home I'm concerned attending would be a bad omen for football coming home ..."
