In court documents, obtained by The Blast, the actor said that due to the lack of "steady work", his financial situation has deteriorated and he can not afford to pay child support.

According to court documents obtained by People, the 52-year-old, who shares daughters Sam, 14, and Lola, 13, with Richards, 47, and sons Max and Bob, 9, with Mueller, 40, claims that he has "been unable to find steady work, and [has] been blacklisted from many aspects of the entertainment industry".

The actor has filed a request to modify child support payments he's now paying to his ex-wives, Denise Richards, 47, and Brooke Mueller, 40, claiming he's struggling to pay existing debts, let alone make the child maintenance payments.

Charlie Sheen says he can't afford his child-support payments, and he's asking a judge to cut him some slack. "All of this has resulted in a significant reduction in my earnings".

Those payments were reduced once before, sans court hearing, in 2016, TMZ reported, as Sheen was liquidating assets to pay legal bills and more.

According to the documents, obtained by The Blast, he now pays former Bond girl Richards $20,000 per-month to cover the expenses of their daughters Sam and Lola, and Mueller $55,000 per-month for their twin sons Bob and Max.

Charlie supposedly owes millions of dollars to his lawyers, in addition to the Internal Revenue Agency, as well as house payments.

Court hearings in Sheen's child support case have been scheduled for September 18 and 26.
