Danny Cipriani still faces an RFU disciplinary hearing

Cipriani faced an RFU hearing Wednesday after being charged by the federation with conduct prejudicial to the interests of the game after being fined £2,250 by a court in Jersey and £2,000 by his club for the incident that ocured outside a nightclub on August 15.

Cipriani was last week fined £2,000 by Jersey Magistrates' Court after pleading guilty to charges of common assault and resisting arrest following a nightclub incident that took place on Gloucester's pre-season tour.

The Gloucester and England fly-half has already been charged by the RFU of "conduct prejudicial to the interests of the game" and he could face a fine or ban should the complaint of his behavior be upheld. The fly-half was fined £2,000 and ordered to pay a female police officer £250 by Jersey Magistrates' Court, and subsequently docked an identical amount and instructed to complete 10 hours of community service following an internal investigation by his club.

"All you have to do is speak to Danny to see and understand the person", Ackermann said at the Gallagher Premiership launch at Twickenham.

Cipriani made his first England start in a decade in the third Test against South Africa two months ago. It's been dealt with and now you can only judge him on how he performs.

"Judging him on last season, he was definitely the Premiership's in form flyhalf".

22 children killed by air strike in Yemen
On Aug. 9, coalition airstrikes hit a bus in a busy market in Yemen's north, killing at least 51 people including 40 children. In 2015, the Houthis captured the capital ousting the sitting, Saudi-backed government.

"In light of his conviction for common assault and resisting arrest, Danny Cipriani was on Friday charged with conduct prejudicial to the interests of the game contrary to RFU Rule 5.12", the RFU said.

"It's a case of trial by social media and the problem of that is that everyone is ill-informed and knows nothing", Haskell said.

"The best thing for Danny is to get on the field and let his rugby do the talking".

Haskell added: "People love to hate him but I know him as a good, hard-working guy and it's time to move on".

"Danny is driven and wants to play in the World Cup next year and be successful at Gloucester".
