The schedule switch-up is the second time in the last three weeks that Drake, one of the world's biggest music stars, has been forced to delay the beginning of his tour, ultimately to Kansas City's benefit. Migos are now at the height of their career while Drake is fresh off the release of his latest album, Scorpion.

The rescheduling was due to "production issues", according to a release.

Back in May, Drake announced a massive summer and fall tour with his fellow chart-toppers the Migos.

"Due to production issues, the Aubrey and the Three Migos Tour is postponing the Kansas City and Saint Paul dates", a spokesman for the tour tells KARE 11 in a statement.

Demi Lovato Cancels Remainder Of Fall Tour
It's just one more sign that Demi is serious about tackling her demons and putting herself and her health above all else. Lovato was hospitalized in July when she overdosed following a relapse after six years of sobriety.

The Drake performance that was scheduled to happen tonight at the Sprint Center has been rescheduled to happen on Sunday. It will now launch on Sunday (Aug. 12), reports Billboard.

The venue said all tickets would still be honored for whatever the new date ends up being; it was not immediately announced.

As a result, the show original slated for Sunday at Minnesota's Xcel Energy Center has also been postponed.

Again. It's the second time the tour had to be delayed. On Thursday, TMZ reported that Drake's tour bus had been towed from his hotel in Kansas City. It's unsure if this played any sort of factor in the push back but hopefully, there won't be any more problems on their tour.
