Some blame Ed Woodward and I've been critical of the Chief Exec in the past, but not this time.

Pundit Jamie Carragher has predicted Jose Mourinho's future at Manchester United, believing he won't be at the club next season.

The banner will reportedly read "ED OUT - LUHG" (Love United, Hate Glazers).

From what the former United full back is suggesting it is only the Pogba issue that fans really have to worry about with the player and his agent making some sort of play for power in the situation.

But in the end United ended up with no new centre-back despite Mourinho's demands.

'He had to get him (Harry) Maguire, he had to get him (Toby) Alderweireld, because they wouldn't have made those mistakes yesterday (at Brighton). "'I've just been given the players I'm told to work with now".

The United fans were unsure whether they wanted Mourinho to manage their club given his track record of causing chaos everywhere he goes and now those fears have been realised.

Scaloni unclear on Messi's long-term Argentina plans
Argentina's interim coach Lionel Scaloni has admitted he doesn't know if Lionel Messi will return to play for the national team again.

'Don't get me wrong, the club have supported Jose Mourinho and given him a lot of money, but you can't go half rolls. You've got to finish it and they had to finish it if they were going to give that contract extension in January'.

"But then United changed manager and the deal was off".

A report in the Daily Mail states that United were none too pleased with Neville's remarks and a club source insisted that Woodward had only remained in his seat after the full-time whistle as he was waiting for the queue for the exit to die down.

Manchester United were bad at the weekend.

"If performances like that continue, I don't think Jose Mourinho will be manager of Man United next season".

"When you're moping around, moaning about who you haven't been able to sign and about the lack of players you have, instead of bigging up the players you already have and filling them with confidence, I don't think it's good for team morale".

Mourinho was sacked midway through that campaign and Ince believes the United manager's style of football "doesn't suit the club and never will".
