Cape Town - Kim Kardashian is defending younger sister, Kendall Jenner after it was reported that her dog bit a young girl.

While out with boyfriend Ben Simmons, the 22-year-old model's Doberman Pinscher allegedly bit a little girl as they stepped out for lunch onSunday afternoon (August 5) at the Beverly Glen Deli in Los Angeles, TMZ reports.

The police were then called and referred the case to Animal Control. Cohen also told TMZ that the couple, whom he described as "arrogant" and uncaring, left without making sure the girl was alright, and called their alleged actions "the height of arrogance". In response to a tweet about the news - and a caption calling Jenner "unsympathetic" and "sadistic" - Kardashian wrote, "Do u know Kendall? She's the complete opposite & is the most generous, compassionate person I know!" Jenner also responded later, insinuating that the woman has no idea who she really is, and doesn't understand the background story of the dog incident either. A source close to Jenner claims the pup didn't even bite the girl, and that it was just a situation where the pet and the kid got startled.

The Twitter user claimed Kendall was "rude" and "stand-offish", a way of being that Kim said was a part of Kendall's anxiety problems, rather than her attitude. "Unfortunately what's in the media isn't always accurate".
