Kevin Spacey is the target of yet another sexual assault case in Los Angeles

Kevin Spacey today has a lot bigger problem that his "Billionaire Boys Club" film bombing as the Los Angeles County District Attorney now is reviewing another sexual assault case involving the former "House of Cards" star.

The DA is already investigating the Oscar victor over an alleged sex crime against an adult man back in October 1992.

Prosecutors in California are reviewing a second sexual assault allegation against the actor Kevin Spacey.

Greg Risling, spokesperson for the District Attorney, said the case "remains under review". The first dates to 1992 and could prove impossible to prosecute because of statutes of limitations.

Two-time Oscar victor Spacey has faced over 30 sexual assault and misconduct allegations since late 2017, with the first made by fellow actor Anthony Rapp.

According to Fox 16 , 3-year-old Kylen was able to get out of his auto seat and escape through the sunroof. They immediately started a search to figure out where the disheveled-looking child came from.

Spacey's career has fallen hard since late previous year, when actor Anthony Rapp accused Spacey of making sexual advances toward him more than two decades ago, when Rapp was 14.

Spacey's career has been rocked by the scandal - his latest movie, Billionaire Boys Club, fell flat with audiences in the USA, making just $126 on opening day.

Billionaire Boys Club, which also stars Spacey's Baby Driver co-star Ansel Elgort, Taron Egerton, Emma Roberts, and Suki Waterhouse, was shot in 2015, two years before Spacey's career was derailed by the allegations of inappropriate sexual behaviour.

The fallout resulted in Spacey, who won a best actor Oscar in 2000 for "American Beauty", being dropped from the final season of the Netflix series "House of Cards" and erased from the 2017 movie "All the Money in the World".
