Arsenal manager Unai Emery is excited about his baptism of fire in the Premier League on Sunday even though he could have wished for an easier first opponent than champions Manchester City. For now, Southampton are a real option, primarily if he seeks regular first-team football, or Bournemouth, but Everton, another prospective suitor, might not want him now.

Former Liverpool defender Jamie Carragher is predicting that we will see a much more tactically astute and disciplined Arsenal side this season under the North London club's new boss Unai Emery.

"For me, that is the best message I can give the supporters".

"I think every player and every coach and every supporter also is excited to start Sunday and to watch the match".

Emery said: "It's clear, the aim for the club is to arrive as champions, play for titles".

Patriot Act with Hasan Minhaj Coming to Netflix
Thirty-two episodes have been ordered and Netflix has even dropped off a short and sweet teaser to really get you pumped. Netflix has revealed more details about " Daily Show " correspondent Hasan Minhaj's upcoming show, " Patriot Act ".

"Keeping a lot of the good ideas they were working here and also bringing a new time to improve in the tactical things under my idea to transmit the players my spirit and in this way the energy in the moment we need that".

"But the other players are with us and we are going to work at the Emirates the day before the match with all the players", he added. He said on his arrival that he would appoint five players to the role because he wanted a wide spread of leadership throughout the team, and on Friday he revealed he had plumped for Laurent Koscielny, Petr Cech, Aaron Ramsey, Granit Xhaka and Mesut Özil.

Koscielny will serve as "No 1 captain" but is likely to be out of action until the new year because of injury.

Emery is very hands-on, planning every training session himself and often literally walking his players through every phase of play in minute detail.

"We only have three players: Carl Jenkinson, David Ospina, and Joel Campbell, with the possibility to leave".
