Manchester United's Paul Pogba admits 'my attitude wasn't right' in defeat

The fall-out from Manchester City's "All Or Nothing" documentary continues with Graeme Souness sharing his thoughts on Jose Mourinho's comments about the Premier League champions lacking "class".

The most unforgivable element of this shameful Manchester United performance was this: if there is one quality that United fans expect their players to possess it is the right attitude, yet they were supine here, they surrendered here, they embarrassed themselves and that famous shirt. I put myself first, that my attitude wasn't right enough.

Dissecting United's result on the road, former captain Neville said Ed Woodward and the club's hierarchy must back Mourinho financially if they are to make up for the mistakes of the past following Alex Ferguson's departure in 2013.

Pogba tried a different approach, hitting a fine shot from distance that produced an equally good response from keeper Mat Ryan, who dived to push it away one-handed.

Gary Neville has suggested Manchester United's board lack the experience in football to recognise that Jose Mourinho needs a better centre-half than any now on their books. Obviously it is still early in the season, but it does look unlikely that Manchester United are anywhere near good enough, as we sit here today.

"I know you can not always play very, very good", added Pogba. We want to see smiles on our faces and smiles on their faces, we want them to have a nice weekend and enjoy the day after the game. "I think we lived an unbelievable season last season, there were cameras".

All eyes are on HMD Global , as the Finnish company is expected to unveil a brand new smartphone on August 21. Additionally, the company has slashed the price of Nokia 6.1 or Nokia 6 (2018) version by Rs 1,500.

"He was my agent for 10 years when I was playing and they are intelligent people - not easy to deal so Mourinho has to be very clever to get the best out of Pogba", Mido told Sky Sports' The Debate, via the Mirror. "You don't need a manager, you don't need other players". "We made incredible mistakes in some crucial moments. Both Murray and Pascal Gross were very good".

"At the end of November, December you will have an idea if we can compete", he said. "I can not criticise the desire of my players".

"Last season when I was critical of my team and was debating openly of the performances I was criticised for being too open about my players".

It was a 1-0 win over United here in May that secured their top-flight status last season and this could turn out to be just as significant. I think we lived an wonderful season last season, there were cameras. But from the beginning the players, everybody in the club, said we are doing it.

But Guardiola, whose side beat Huddersfield 6-1 on Sunday, said: "I don't agree with Jose in terms of disrespectful".
