Sergio Ramos says he would never deliberately hurt a player

Real Madrid captain Sergio Ramos has taken a swipe at Jürgen Klopp after the Liverpool manager accused him of having "a win at all costs mentality" following the Champions League final.

Liverpool have been open to offers for the 32-year-old Estonia worldwide, who is in the final year of his contract, although manager Jurgen Klopp has not been actively looking to move him on.

A war of words has continued through the months since the incident, with an unrepentant Ramos saying ahead of the summer's World Cup that Liverpool's complaints were way out of proportion.

Klopp has lost an appalling six out of seven finals in his career as a manager, including the 3-1 defeat in Kiev which saw Madrid win the Champions League for the 13th time.

"I will not insist on that issue, I already gave my opinion and I reiterate again, it is not intentional", he said.

Klopp was unhappy with the tackle, claiming that Ramos had been "brutal" and "ruthless", and the 32-year-old has taken his opportunity to respond to the German.

Sanders said Brunson's release would not lead to an easing in the tariffs, but that it could lead to an easing in sanctions. The two North Atlantic Treaty Organisation allies have traded tit-for-tat sanctions over the pastor's house arrest.

The Real Madrid captain was embroiled in controversy in the final in May after his tackle on Mo Salah left the Egyptian global injured.

"It's brilliant watching him because I think a lot of people looked at Keita and thought he was a defensive midfielder", Higginbotham told Sky Sports News.

"We all know how hard it is to win a League title, to have the consistency over 38 games".

"I'm not sure if it is an experience we will have again - go there and put an elbow to the goalkeeper, put their goalscorer down like a wrestler in midfield and then you win the game".

"There will be high expectations of us in Europe after getting to the Champions League final and we've got to shoulder that".
