'Mystery pooper' will get more than $100K from school district

Tramaglini, a former New Jersey school superintend accused of repeatedly defecating on campus grounds, will be paid more than $100,000 by the district as part of a separation agreement.

From his suspension in early May to September 30, the district will fork over $109,868 to Tramaglini in salary, unused vacation time and severance pay. Along with unused sick days and severance pay, the total comes out to almost $110,000. "During such time, he shall not report to work, perform any of the duties of, nor have any of the responsibilities of the position of Superintendent of Schools of the Kenilworth School District".

His arrest followed weeks of employees finding feces on a "daily basis" near or on the Holmdel High School football field and track.

Tramaglini's attorney says his resignation should not "be construed as an acknowledgement of guilt".

Marlins hit Ronald Acuna to spark fight in first inning
Trainer George Poulis hovered over Acuna, who sat on the ground near the batter's box while players swarmed near the mound. Per MLB rules, consecutive-game hitting streaks remain active as long as the batter does not record an official at-bat.

In a freaky twist, Tramaglini has announced that he places to sue the Holmdel police department for taking photographs of him.

He argues Tramaglini should not have been photographed at police headquarters because his charges are low-level offenses.

According to NJ.com, authorities have yet to release a motive behind Tramaglini's alleged serial defecation.

Prosecutors said police saved the pertinent video footage.
