The Bachelorette Finale: Who's Engaged and Who's Completely and Totally Devastated?

Becca won The Bachelor earlier this season but was dumped by Arie Luyendyk Jr who then pursued runner-up Lauren Burnham. That's probably for the best, isn't it?

Becca greets Garrett one last time with the officialBachelorette greeting of jumping up and wrapping her legs around his waist. When Becca and her mom go off to talk, Becca asks her mom if she has any advice, and her mom asks her about how Garrett makes her feel. I did not know what to expect once the show aired.

Poor poor Blake could tell as soon as he met Becca's family that something was up, or at least there was something up in his head. "I'm anxious that something was off, it's not good". I don't want to. "I didn't mean to hurt anybody's feelings or do anything like that". "Now I have to sit here and stew on it for 36 hours". Why else would she stick up for him?? "You've made me know that I can fall in love again".

A preview for the finale obtained by Entertainment Tonight has even shown Becca crying to the cameras, "I feel awful". Viewers watched Monday night as she struggled with her decision, but now that filming is behind them, Becca and Garrett are opening up about how things are going and what comes next.

Upon asking Kufrin to marry him, Kufrin said that he has been the most solid relationship throughout her journey on the show.

"Just because I liked it, doesn't necessarily mean that I supported it", he told PEOPLE.

"It was tough because it wasn't just affecting me, but it was affecting her", Garrett said. She also admitted that she had seen him as "the one" for so long, but that they would be better fitted apart. "I was so sure". But at the finale's conclusion, his appearance still hadn't surfaced.

While they've put the controversy behind them, Becca and Garrett said they are already working on the next challenge they're going to face: whether or not she is going to take his difficult-to-pronounce name.

Blake, sweating profusely and very confused (especially since Becca kept telling him that she'd pictured him as the last man standing up until quite recently), left her with the words, "I love you". I thank and love her everyday because of that.

Who knows? Maybe someday there'll be a TV wedding and maybe by then we'll actually feel happy for them.

But according to Becca, all of the highs and lows of her time on the show were worth it.

"She's helped me through everything".

"He went through the entire season being open and transparent", Becca concluded. "We're very non-judgmental. I'm genuinely honest". Luckily, I got to know him for who he is. I got to see who he is - his heart and soul.

"I didn't realize the effect behind a double tap or a like on Instagram. He didn't mean it".

Though Becca may have bought Garrett's apology, fans? "I was very anxious about it, that I might lose her from that".

In the meantime we have Season 5 of Bachelor in Paradise to look forward to.

They both agreed it made them stronger as a couple, though were upset by some of the "really negative things" that people had said about Garrett online. "I can only ask that people allow us to grow and learn from this". Later, Becca and Garrett talk in a dolphin-free zone and chat about their future and how they are "weird" (readers: they are not) and about what their life would be like together.
