Nutella maker Ferrero looking for taste testers to work in Italy, reports say

The Ferrero company, which makes the delicious chocolate hazelnut spread, is looking to employ 60 people to taste-test its products.

This is the first time Ferrero is recruiting "nonprofessionals" for this oh-so-grueling gustatory work, according to The Local, which reports Italy's news in English.

Ferrero has long had these sensory judges but the recent job posting on Openjobmetis was advertised specifically for regular folks outside the company after being exclusively held by company insiders for years.

'I thought it was a doll': Baby found floating in river dies
Police say it wasn't immediately clear why the child was in the water, and no parent or guardian was present. Campbell said he "walked out mid-thigh level" in the East River and retrieved the baby and started CPR.

So, put down your personalised Nutella jar and find out how you could be gulping down the stuff and getting paid for it.

The 60 lucky candidates will relocate to the company's headquarters in Alba, a town located in Italy's Piedmont region and famous for its selection of white truffles.

The new hires would undergo a three-month training program that would include developing their taste and smell senses, before just 40 people are placed in two tasting panels, The Local explains. The finalists will be offered part-time positions that would allow them to seek other work on the side. No experience is required but naturally, hopefuls are expected to be chocolate and hazelnut lovers. Ferrero asks only that applicants suffer from no food allergies and feel comfortable using a computer.
