The Flash Suit Leak: Grant Gustin's Response — New Season 5 Costume

Grant Gustin is not cool with people criticizing his new look on The Flash or his overall slim physique, for that matter.

The Jurassic World actor, who would share his snack of the day on social media, took on shamers by calling them out in a amusing message.

"So here's the thing about this bulls-t photo leak", Gustin said on Instagram on Wednesday.

Hamas confirms deaths of 2 members from Israeli tank fire
Hamas threatened "dire consequences" for Israel following an IDF retaliatory strike against a Hamas position on Tuesday. At least 160 Palestinians have been killed by Israeli fire, including at least 120 in protests near the border fence.

It all started this week when a pic of the actor in costume on the set of the upcoming season leaked. Something as important as Barry Allen's signature outfit will be the product of a lot of work from the costume designers before they come up with the flawless version. There's a bad photo that I was unaware was being taken, much less being posted. Fans shared a range of reactions, from calling out the unnecessary nature of body shaming while others pointed out that the character isn't supposed to be the muscular giant that someone like Batman or Superman would be. That is what pisses me off. "Not even just for my sake", he said.

The actor went on to explain in his post that people have told him and his parents for most of his life that he was too thin. I have had my own journey of accepting it. "That's a awful photo that I was unaware was being taken, much less being posted", he wrote in the open letter. "I'm naturally thin, and my appetite is greatly affected by stress". "Stress is something that ebbs and flows for me throughout a season".

The actor also pointed out that it is very hard for him to gain weight and made it very clear that skinnier men should not receive all of this criticism for the way they look, especially if they can't help it. 'Not only that, but they should be able to feel like THEY could be a superhero on tv or film or whatever it may be someday'.
