UCF DB Aaron Robinson stretchered off field vs. UConn

UCF defensive back Aaron Robinson was injured on the opening kickoff against CT.

The sophomore corner was covering the kickoff Thursday night that was returned 16 yards out of the end zone by UConn's Keyion Dixon.

The replay of the injury wasn't shown, but Robinson was making a tackle when he went down.

Robinson's neck was immobilized as he was taken off the field.

Veteran UK Labour Party lawmaker quits, citing anti-Semitism scandal
Or as one senior Labour source put it: "Frank has been looking for an excuse to resign for some time". Field, who supports Brexit, had already faced a vote of no confidence from his local party in July.

Announcers during the game reported that they did see Robinson moving his legs and he did signal the thumbs up as he exited the field.

The game was delayed for nine minutes as Robinson received medical attention. Due to the unsafe nature of kickoffs, the NCAA instituted a rule to make kickoffs safer.

We'll update Robinson's condition when it becomes known. Players on the kicking team are no longer allowed to get a running start before the kicker kicks the ball.
