Breaking Brett Mc Murphy Reports that Urban Meyer Knew Of Domestic Abuse By Zach Smith

In text message conversations with Shelley Meyer, Urban's wife and confidant, Courtney discusses Smith's behavior and receives sympathy and shock from Shelley, who referred to Smith as scary.

"I do believe he knew and instead he chose to help the abuser and enable the abuser and believe whatever story Zach was telling everybody", Smith said.

Zach Smith was also accused of aggravated battery on his then-pregnant wife in 2009 while he was a graduate assistant on Meyer's staff at Florida.

Ohio State has placed head football coachUrban Meyer on administrative leave in the wake of reports that he lied about having knowledge of a 2015 domestic violence allegation surrounding an OSU assistant coach. It will only be after he and his ex-wife are sworn in to testify.

Buckeyes offensive coordinator Ryan Day will serve as acting head coach in Meyer's absence. Shelley Meyer is a registered nurse and is employed as an instructor at Ohio State.

"Shelly said she was going to have to tell Urban", Courtney claimed according to McMurphy. In fact, Meyer said had he known about the allegations, he would have fired Smith in 2015.

TSA Confirms Program That Tracks Civilians Who Are Not On Watchlists
Quiet Skies has been active since 2010 , The Washington Post reported on Sunday. They added that it does not take race or religion into account.

The entire report is well worth reading, but the most damning evidence are the texts shared between Smith, Shelley Meyer, and other wives on the staff that showed that at the least Shelley was well aware of the repeated issues of domestic violence in the Smith house, as well as evidence Meyer had spoken with Zach Smith about it. "Once he gets his chance to tell his side of events, don't be surprised when it is corroborated by every police who ever responded to Ms. Smith's calls". "I said: 'That's fine, you should tell Urban.' I know Shelley did everything she could". That proclamation came three days after McMurphy reported that Courtney Smith filed a domestic violence protection order against her ex-husband.

The day after Smith was sacked, Meyer was asked about the allegations during the Big Ten Conference Football Media Day.

Messages left with Ohio State on Wednesday were not returned.

In an interview with Stadium posted to Twitter on Wednesday, Courtney Smith said she is unsure whether Shelley Meyer actually told her husband about the abuse, but said the Meyers should have taken responsibility.

The report contains screenshots of text messages and graphic pictures that purportedly detail a pattern of abuse ranging from physical violence to text message threats made by Smith to his ex-wife Courtney.

Since returning to coaching, Meyer's program has been one of the most dominant in college football and his players and coaches have mostly stayed out of major trouble.
