The leaked live image hints that the Redmi Note 6 Pro is already in the production line.

While the company recently launched the Redmi 6 devices in India, there is no word about the Redmi Note 6 devices. It is yet to be seen if the Redmi Note 6 Pro would break Xiaomi's norm of using micro-USB in its budget phones. The Redmi Note 6 Pro will feature 6.26-inch FHD+ display.

Another area where the Redmi Note 6 Pro is expected to be a significant improvement over the current Redmi Note 5 Pro is imaging.

Xiaomi will be retaining the 4,000mAh battery on its Redmi Note 6 Pro. The Redmi Note 6 Pro will feature a similar 12MP + 5MP dual-camera setup as the Redmi Note 5 Pro but the primary sensor on the upcoming model will have a larger 1.4um pixel size and Dual Pixel AF for faster autofocus speeds. Now an image of the Redmi Note 6 Pro has leaked online which has revealed the specifications of the phone. Notably, the Mi Max 3 is based on the 18:9 form factor, which has allowed Xiaomi to fit a tablet-sized 6.9-inch display into the chassis, and the phone has dual cameras at the back. For the front, it will have 20-megapixel and 2-megapixel dual cameras. Unfortunately, the rest of the smartphone's hardware specifications remain a mystery at this point. On the front, the Redmi 6 Pro is said to come with one 20MP sensor and another 2MP sensor.

Core hardware specifics are sadly not mentioned in the retail box, but it is widely being speculated that the Redmi Note 6 Pro would be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 processor which is also found inside the Xiaomi Mi A2.

The Giztop listing also confirms some of the key specifications of the Redmi Note 6 Pro as well as the design. It runs MIUI 10 based on Android 8.1 Oreo and will have a 4000mAh battery with Quick Charge support. However, the Chinese variant packs slightly better cameras than the India variant.

The Redmi 6 is priced at Rs 7,999 for the 3GB RAM/ 32GB inbuilt storage variant, while the 3GB RAM/ 64GB inbuilt storage variant is priced at Rs 9,499.
