Falcons to face Panthers without key starters Greg Olsen, Daryl Williams

Greg Olsen will be evaluated on a monthly basis after re-fracturing his right foot during the Panthers' win over the Cowboys on Sunday, the team announced Tuesday.

The Panthers received a double dose of bad injury news Tuesday, losing Olsen for a sizable chunk of the season (maybe all of it) and determining that right tackle Daryl Williams needs surgery on his right knee, which he and the team had tried to avoid.

Surgery is recommended for Williams. Carolina placed starting left tackle Matt Kalil on injured reserve before the start of the season. Early in camp, Williams suffered a torn MCL and dislocated his right patella.

Fuel price hike: Bring petrol under GST to arrest surge, say experts
The people of Parbhani will be praying the state government steps in and announces a tax cut, even if the Centre refuses to budge. Opposition parties are demanding a cut in the excise duty on petrol and diesel and bringing fuel under the ambit of GST.

The Panthers drafted rookie tight end Ian Thomas, out of IN, IN the fourth-round this past spring hoping he could develop under the veteran Olsen.

In his own statement, Olsen sounded optimistic about his chances of returning this season.

Cam Newton will be without his favorite target for a long stretch once again. Olsen also admits he is disappointed and takes pride in his having played in every game for a decade at one point in his career. Wide receivers Devin Funchess and D.J. Moore also might play more prominent roles in the Panthers' offense. "Unfortunately the last two seasons have not continued that trend".
