Jon Gruden's personnel decisions have caused 'divide' with Raiders

Jon Gruden's frustration was apparent after the game and he made it clear that this team is performing far below his expectations in the post-game press conference.

Ian Rapoport of NFL Media reported on Sunday that Gruden's scouting system has led to a "disconnect" inside the Raiders' building. The report says Gruden and McKenzie personally get along fine, but the people who were hired to work for a personnel department run by McKenzie are not on the same page with the new people who have been brought in with Gruden calling the shots.

Gruden has reportedly been leaning on his own expertise and circle of talent evaluators since returning to Oakland, marginalizing the role of general manager Reggie McKenzie while cutting ties with many of his acquisitions and draft picks.

"While there is no animosity with GM Reggie McKenzie - quite the opposite - it's clear to numerous scouts who signed on to work for McKenzie that Gruden is listening mostly to those in his circle".

Noémie Charton, a spokeswoman for Switzerland's foreign ministry, told CNN the ministry was aware of the attack. The company did not give the nationalities of the crew members.

"The factions do come together for meetings and everyone is eventually heard", Rapoport wrote.

Gruden's first chance to show some signs of improvement will come when the Raiders take on a Browns team in Oakland that is riding high off a brilliant fourth-quarter comeback under Baker Mayfield.

He since has said he doesn't regret the decision to send the 2016 Defensive Player of the Year away. "We would have loved to have had him here but he's not here".
