Lionel Messi has scored a sensational hat-trick as Barcelona began their Champions League campaign with a 4-0 home win over Dutch champions PSV.

The 31-year-old opened the scoring against PSV and then added another two to complete his hat-trick after Ousmane Dembele had doubled Barcelona's lead. Today it was three goals, and he unlocked the match with his free kick.

"We have to pinch ourselves to remind us that we are living through a unique era". There's no player that does that quite like him. "It will be tough to find anyone else like him", he further added. The first goal was scored in the 32 minute and through a free kick.

But fuelled by Messi's brilliance, they have already laid down a marker.

"What a left foot he has", Rakitic told reporters. Messi, however, continued his dream run by scoring goals at 77 and 87 minute.

PSV will be hoping to pull off the shocker on Tuesday in Group B but thanks to their coach Van Bommel will have some extra motivation to go out and get a positive result against Barcelona. "He's working hard, trying to help the team and is someone that is able to unbalance the opposition".

The Reddit post apologized for the error, adding that: "We have now rolled battery saver settings back to default". This is, of course, all stuff that the Battery Saver mode is supposed to do - but only when you want it to.

Lozano was one of Mexico's better performers over the summer and continues to shine for his club side as well.

"To be honest, we didn't expect to lose this heavily", he said. I spoke to [Valverde] about that and we agreed.

Do you think Barca stand a chance of winning the Champions League this season? "It's odd to me that he does not win the Ballon d'Or every single year".

But Mauro Icardi's brilliant late volley brought the hosts level, and Matias Vecino headed in a stoppage-time victor for Inter, back in the Champions League for the first time since 2011-12.

Barça have started their season well, as they look to retain the La Liga title and regain the Champions League from their arch rivals, Real Madrid.
