Almost a year after he was arrested for rape, rapper Nelly has mutually settled with rape accuser Monique Greene. Both parties agreed to dismiss the case and there was no money involved. Nelly was arrested for rape while on tour with Florida Georgia Line.

Greene also requested Nelly's tax returns and his list of alleged witnesses on the dates of the alleged sexual assault, among other items.

Following the dismissal of the criminal case against Nelly, the rape accuser launched her own defamation and sexual assault suits against the star.

An Auburn police investigation found probable cause of an assault, but prosecutors decided against charging the rapper, citing a lack of cooperation by his accuser.

Settlement terms between Monique Greene and Nelly, whose real name is Cornell Haynes Jr., haven't been disclosed, the Seattle Times reported.

Greene, then a 22-year-old student at the University of Washington, sued Nelly in December.

She claimed the rapper invited her on the tour bus, and once they got to his bedroom, he started masturbating.

Nelly countersued, claiming the sex was consensual and she defamed him.

She claims once on the bus he assaulted her and had both oral and vaginal sex against her will. She then allegedly started screaming and asked to be let off the bus, when she was thrown off by a member of Nelly's entourage, with the rapper throwing a $100 bill at her saying 'Bye-bye'.

Police arrested Nelly on October 7, after Greene reported he had sexually assaulted her on his tour bus in the city of Auburn.
