Even Brazilian superstar Neymar became the first soccer athlete to have a Jordan collection of soccer cleats.

Paris Saint-Germain and Jordan Brand have officially unveiled their collaboration ahead of the Champions League.

"In the last few years, the Jordan Brand has had a growing presence in Paris, with Jordan Bastille, a Jordan only store opened in 2016, and a partnership with the French Basketball Federation in 2017", Nike announced on Thursday.

David Wright Will Return to Mets for One Final Time and Retire
Wright added that it will be up to manager Mickey Callaway if he plays in any other games on the homestand. He will start that final Saturday (September 29) at third base against the Marlins.

"Jordan Brand and Paris Saint-Germain share a distinct position in sport and style, so to partner with the club is a natural fit", said Michael Jordan himself.

The collection includes performance and lifestyle offerings including two special-edition UEFA Champions Leagues match kits, the Air Jordan 1, the Air Jordan 5, the Nike Phantom and Nike Mercurial boots, along with matching apparel. The special-edition colorway sticks with numerous same details seen on the retail Jordan 5, but swaps out the black nubuck upper for white leather. The gear looks pretty awesome and will surely fly off the shelves in Paris, but it will take some getting used to.

The two aforementioned strips are actually rather pedestrian - one plain black and white; the other plain white and black, and both featuring near-undetectable daubs of Jordan's "heritage" red colour...
