Given the library of NES games along with these new controllers, the Nintendo Switch looks like it's on its way to making the NES Classic console obsolete. Nintendo's online service, opening from 19 Sept, will cost £3.49 / $3.99 for one month or £17.99 / $19.99 for 12 months.

Save data stored via the Save Data Cloud backup is available for as long as you have an active Nintendo Switch Online membership.

Six nuclear power plants are in Hurricane Florence's path, officials say
The Union of Concerned Scientists, said it was anxious about the Brunswick plant's capabilities to weather out the storm. On its current track, the storm will hit the coast on Friday with maximum sustained winds of about 105 miles per hour .

Don't forget to charge them when you're not using them. That's going to be a bit of a pain if you are taking your Switch on holiday. If you are unable to launch Nintendo Entertainment System - Nintendo Switch Online, then please try connecting to the internet again.

It's also a decision that makes Nintendo seem short-sighted compared to its competitors, with Microsoft offering free cloud saves to all Xbox owners, and Sony storing PS4 cloud data for six months after a user's PlayStation Plus subscription has ended. That doesn't appear to be the case with the Switch unless Nintendo clarifies further in the future. Ultimate, as well as an adapter that enables you to play with it on Nintendo Switch. Subscriptions can be purchased in one-month (US $4 / £3.49 / AU $6), three-month (US $8 / £7 / AU $12), and 12-month (US $20 / £18 / AU $30) increments, while a 12-month family plan costs USA $35 / £31.49 / AU $55. A Family Membership, which lets you share your account with up to 7 other people, is $35 a year.
