Uniform restrictions on compensation for player agents and a required registration procedure have also been agreed in principle. The recommendations are expected to be ratified at the next FIFA Council meeting in Kigali, Rwanda, on October 25-26.

Arnav, who was born last October, had a U.S. passport and is thought to have been born in New Jersey while his father held an Indian passport, it has been reported. After a medical examination, Apollo said he was brought dead at 2.29 am today.

Qatar Airways offered condolences to the infant and said, "we are aware of the sad news that the toddler passed away at Hyderabad worldwide airport this morning".
