Valkyria Chronicles Remastered for Switch coming west on October 16

Announced for a Japanese release earlier this year, Sega confirmed at its PAX West 2018 panel today that the original Valkyria Chronicles will be heading to Switch in the West.

The original Valkyria Chronicles games are set in a fictional reimagining of 1930s Europe. Considering the two games are take place in the same time period, storywise, it's the ideal chance for Switch owners to jump on board with the series.

Users who purchase the Switch version of Valkyria Chronicles 4 digitally will receive a 25 percent discount. Now the game will only see a digital release, and there now doesn't seem to be any plans for a physical release.

Year to date is 45.58%, 7.10% over the last quarter, 37.85% for the past six months and 74.33% over the last 12 months. Five research analysts have rated the stock with a buy rating and one has assigned a strong buy rating to the company.

Sega is about to bring more Valkyria Chronicles to Switch in the west. Coming out on October 16 (not even a month after the launch of Valkyria Chronicles 4), it seems the release will be digital only.
