A preliminary review of the scene showed a man - later identified as Vigeant - tried to climb atop the train and had come in contact with overhead wires. Passengers with medical training rushed to perform CPR on Vigeant.

Bob Fredericks, a senior writer with the New York Post, was a passenger on the train. He alerted the conductor but at that point, Vigean had already climbed on top of the train.

Michael Pellicci, who took the video, told News 12 that he saw Vigean and his brother running up and down the aisles. "No one else could say they did that".

"He grabbed one of the brothers down and he told the brother 'what are you doing?' He goes, 'I thought there was an observatory deck up there.' He goes, 'observatory deck?"

The Texas GOP has also posted photos of O'Rourke's college punk rock band and his mug shot for a 1998 DWI on Twitter. A Quinnipiac poll released Tuesday put Cruz nine percentage points ahead of O'Rourke among likely voters.

Pellicci said a few moments later, there was a "thud and a spark of light", and he saw the man's body fall between cars towards the rear of the train. The train was stopped between Larchmont and Mamoroneck stations due to a power issue.

Voit's second-inning blast also allowed the Yankees to set a new single-season franchise record with their 246th homer of the year, surpassing the mark set in 2012.

The team hung a replacement banner while the disappearance of the one returned after Louie Iacuzzi, James Amaral and Randy Baldasarri said they found it on McGrath Highway in Somerville is being investigated by the police, according to the Boston Globe.
