One of Banksy paintings was shredded just few seconds after it was sold in an auction in London.

Welcome back to the odd and ongoing story of Banksy's Girl With Balloon, aka Love is in the Bin, aka probably the world's priciest intentionally damaged work of art.

Street artist Banksy has posted a new video about the shredding of his famous Girl With Balloon painting, implying that it was supposed to have been completely destroyed in the stunt.

The bottom half of the painting was shredded through a hidden shredder that was placed in the frame by the artist while the top half remained untouched. The act shocked the crowd, but the winning bidder - a European collector - went ahead and bought it anyway for $1.4 million, according to the auction house.

Banksy has posted a video showing how he managed to shred his Girl With Balloon painting immediately after it was sold at auction.

Star defensive lineman Nick Bosa will not return this season
When taking that variable into effect, Bosa's season ended on September 15 regardless of his likelihood as the No. 1 pick looming. "I wish him well as he moves on to get himself 100 percent healthy and ready for his next chapter", Meyer said. "We love Nick.

Alex Branczik, Sotheby's head of contemporary art in Europe, has also reiterated in a new interview that the auction house was not in on the stunt.

The clip, titled "Shred The Love", purportedly shows Banksy, originally from Bristol in southwest England, testing out the secret shredding mechanism that he'd inserted into the frame prior to the sale. "Banksy made us. We have never encountered a similar situation in the past", - said the Director of the auction. "It did. Some people think the auction house were in on it, they weren't".

Some experts believe the prank has increased the value of the artwork. It has since been rechristened Love Is in the Bin, and the artist-the likely consignor-has since reissued a certificate of authenticity.

Now a week later, the same piece of shredded art "Girl With Balloon" has a new name (approved by Banksy) - "Love Is in the Bin" - according to an announcement from Sotheby's on October 11.
