Jackson's record over three seasons with the Browns: 3-36-1.

Hue Jackson's ignominious run as Cleveland Browns head coach has ended.

Jackson was dismissed Monday by general manager John Dorsey, a day after the Browns lost their 25th straight road game, the person told The Associated Press on condition of anonymity because the team has not made the move official. According to PFTCommenter, it marks the sixth straight time that a Browns head coach has been fired after the second game of the season against the Steelers. Romeo Crennel, Eric Mangini, Pat Shurmur, Rob Chudzinski and Mike Pettine all met the same demise.

It's unclear who will replace Jackson as the interim head coach, although offensive coordinator Todd Haley and defensive coordinator Gregg Williams likely are the lead candidates.

Turkish officials and some USA lawmakers allege the crown prince ordered the operation in which Jamal Khashoggi killed. On October 16, police officers conducted a search at the Consulate General of Saudi Arabia.

The Browns will host the 7-1 Kansas City Chiefs in Week 9. Haley and Williams are former National Football League head coaches.

His first year the team went just 1-15, and they followed that up with an 0-16 campaign in 2017.

ESPN and the NFL Network were first to report the news of Jackson's firing.
