Graham Calls for Investigation of Feinstein's Office, Ford's Lawyers

He'd be confirmed to the U.S. Supreme Court now, just like the Federalist posse and the Kochs and their handmaidens like Cotton always intended.

"Any impact this entire episode ... had on women's willingness to come forward or report sexual assault - encourage them all to do immediately after it happens - is caused by the Democrats, caused by [California Democratic Sen.] Dianne Feinstein and [New York Democratic Sen.] Chuck Schumer", he declared. I'd like to find out who leaked the papers. How we don't know. Tom Cotton, R-Arkansas, on separate Sunday talk shows suggested Feinstein's office might have leaked a confidential letter by Dr. Christine Blasey Ford accusing Kavanaugh of sexually assaulting her in high school. Note the spin machine-crafted line used by Kavanaugh, Trump and any other Republican you can shake a lie detector result at; "She has been victimized by Democrats. on a search-and-destroy mission for Brett Kavanaugh". "No, no, we didn't leak it". Played basketball? Ask him.

"As [Sens.] John Kennedy [R-La.,] and Lindsey Graham [R-S.C.] said, if there is some shocking bit [of evidence]... and proof then of course, I'm open to evaluating that evidence", he added.

Moments after President Trump mocked Feinstein before his supporters, the longtime California lawmaker took to Twitter to reaffirm she did not leak Ford's letter and shared footage of the denial.

Cornyn asked if she had asked her staff. In a subsequent post, Grim also denied her office had leaked the existence of the letter.

Ford's letter alleging Kavanaugh sexually assaulted her was first reported September 12 by the website the Intercept.

Theresa May faces divided party as Conservative conference begins
The proposal, unveiled as the Tory Party conference in Birmingham kicks off, would "showcase what makes our country great", the Prime Minister said.

The Intercept reporter who broke the story tweeted: "Feinstein's staff did not leak the letter to The Intercept".

On Thursday, Ford and Kavanaugh testified before the Senate Judiciary Committee about the allegations.

"Brett's assault on me drastically altered my life", Ford told the committee.

At the hearing, Kavanaugh maintained his innocence and sparred with Democratic senators.

"During the confirmation process right now, it has become a kind of theater, but the guy has been accused of all sorts of things".
