It's the first engagement on the 16-day Royal Tour that Prince Harry has done solo but across the couple's 76 official engagements, there will be some the Duchess of Sussex undertakes solo as well.

The team of 40 Canadian military members and veterans has arrived in Sydney, Australia as the Invictus Games are just days away.

Harry looked pretty fearless during the rather steep climb.

He was accompanied by the Australian Prime Minister Scott Morrison. Along with his brother Prince William and his wife Catherine, Harry also set up a mental health charity.

"Harry said each and every one of us will experience poor mental health at some stage in our lives", Charlotte Connell, one of the participants in the circle, told the Australian Associated Press.

Naomi Fong, who served in the Canadian Armed Forces for nine years, will represent Canada as the country's flag-bearer for the opening ceremonies on Saturday. Athletes from 18 countries will be competing in the games.

On day four of their visit Down Under, the royal couple will visit Bondi Beach where they will meet surfing group OneWave and take part in the group's mental health awareness session Fluro Friday.

Meghan said she got up at 4:30 am to do yoga, calling it "so good for healing your mind". The students at Macarthur Girls School were left absolutely gobsmacked when the royal couple joined the assembly.

"When they walked in, I felt like my heart stopped".

The pair finished up their day meeting with Opposition leader Bill Shorten at Admiralty House before visiting the Prime Minister and wife Jenny Morrison at Kirribilli House. It will also take them to New Zealand and the South Pacific islands of Fiji and Tonga.

And now Prince Harry can tick climbing the Sydney Harbour Bridge off his bucket list, too.
