Joseph's late-game heroics helped Houston to its third straight win on a day that quarterback Deshaun Watson committed three turnovers.

After Bills rookie QB Josh Allen went down with injury earlier in the game, Nathan Pederman took over and led Buffalo on a rally, but with 1:23 left to play and the game tied 13-13, Joseph jumped a route on second down and sprinted in for the score, untouched.

Allen, who threw for 84 yards and ran for 20, refused to speak to the media after the loss and was noticeably favoring his arm, according to ESPN.

Bills coach Sean McDermott said after the game that they were still evaluating Allen's injury. In Buffalo's two wins, the Bills had 81 running plays and threw the ball just 45 times.

After the game on Sunday, Watson said he was fine and felt good.

The Bills took their first lead of the game when Peterman found Zay Jones in the corner of the end zone on a 16-yard pass that made it 13-10 early in the fourth quarter. The unit allowed seven sacks and 12 quarterback hits.

It was the 39th receiving touchdown of Hopkins's career and third of the season. He could be seen trying to shake it off after the next play. Watson has now been hit 66 times and sacked 25 times this season.

The Texans' offense could not get into a rhythm for most of the game. The Texans were outgained by the Bills and had 216 total yards.
