Sarkar plagiarism issue comes up for hearing on Tuesday.

Top director AR Murugadoss faced copy right allegations in the past and he has been challenged by a young writer Varun Rajendran recently alleging that Sarkar has been inspired from his script Sengol. Reports say that a a compromise has been worked out between director AR Murgadoss and Varun Rajenderan who had alleged that his story was lifted to make "Sarkar".

Sources reveal that Varun Rajendran will now get a mention in the opening that the story concepts are similar. All sign compromise memo.

It basically means Murugadoss accepting of stealing the story. "As I have become the President of SIFW for the first time, I did not wish to create unnecessary controversies and tried for a compromise", K Bhagyaraj, the President of the guild, said in an interview.
