YouTube down, now back up: YouTube is back after an error caused outage for users around the world.

In a short statement on Twitter, YouTube said it was aware of the issue and was working on a fix.

YouTube TV and YouTube Music also experienced the service disruption.

According to Times of India, the desktop version of YouTube passed out for a brief moment.

YouTube is a platform where users can upload, view, rate, share, add to favourites, report, comment on videos, and subscribe to other users.

YouTube says they're now working to fix access issues, after users reported outages all over the world.

At 8:00 p.m., the company announced the website was functioning again: "We're back! If you continue to experience issues, please let us know", Team YouTube said. The users from across the globe took to social media to complain about the issue.

Team YouTube have confirmed that the website has been restored and should be fully operational for all users.

It was not just the YouTube, its affecting the subsidiary services- YouTube Music and YouTube TV, as well.
