Report 10-Year-Old Charged as Adult in Wisconsin in Connection to Death of Baby

A ten year-old girl has been arrested on suspicion of deliberately killing a six month-old baby boy at a daycare center.

The girl, who has not been named, is accused of inflicting a fatal head-wound on the infant which left him bleeding.

The girl, charged with first-degree intentional homicide allegedly stamped on the boy's head, reports Metro UK.

Chippewa County Sheriff Jim Kowalczyk says the girl is in juvenile custody and is expected to appear in court today.

According to the Star Tribune, the sobbing 10-year-old's mother held her as the judge explained the charge before ordering a $50,000 cash bond.

Officials say the girl told police that she'd hurt the baby.

Red Star have one point. "I think in the game at Anfield (a 4-0 win) we scored at the right times and we were at 100 per cent". Jurgen Klopp's side now top the group with Napoli and PSG battling to keep pace with the Premier League side.

He was taken to hospital in St Paul Minnesota where he was later pronounced dead.

Police said the child then hit his head on a footstool and began crying.

According to the Tribune, a doctor who examined the baby determined that the injuries were not accidental.

While she appeared with her biological parents in court, it's alleged the girl was with her foster parents - who run the daycare - at the time of the incident.

"She stated she was holding the child and that's when she dropped [him]", Newell said.
