Demi Lovato Responds to Fan Who Says Her Team Is 'Rotten' & Cares 'Only About Her Money'

An Instagram account dedicated to Demi took a screenshot of a tweet that claimed Dani was being unfairly treated and that Lovato was surrounded by a team of people who only want her money.

Taking to Twitter, a fan account posted a comment that supported Dani, and accused the singer of hanging out with people who only care for her money instead of her well being.

The 26-year-old Sorry Not Sorry songstress took to Instagram on Thursday to directly address a comment levied by a fan. "True Friends don't do interviews about you after you OD".

Back in August, nearly one month after Lovato's overdose, Vitale denied rumours that she provided Demi with drugs.

Another "Dani" in Lovato's orbit, longtime backup dancer Dani Vitale, was also targeted by fans after Lovato's near-fatal overdose.

"I have NEVER touched nor even SEEN a drug in my entire life", Vitale, 28, wrote on Instagram. "I DO NOT DO DRUGS, nor would I ever encourage, or supply them to anyone I love".

It's also possible that Lovato is referring to her former trainer Danielle Martin, who spoke out in an interview last week about cutting the singer off. Nothing bad to say. They told her I was taking the situation and making it all about me.

The former Disney Channel star commented with: "You have no idea what you're talking about". I'd never do that.

'I know you're all feeling lost without her at this moment in time.

'I was not with Demi when the incident happened, but I am with her now, and will continue to be because she means the world to me just as she does to all of you'.

She's been through a lot since suffering a drug overdose back in July.

Martin said she was "very" hurt by Lovato's decision to end their three-year working relationship, but said she still cares "deeply" for her.
