President Donald Trump pushed back at former first lady Michelle Obama and former President Barack Obama over a forthcoming memoir in which the former first lady said she would "never forgive" Trump for his role in the "birther" movement.

In her memoir, Becoming, Barack Obama's wife also denounces Mr Trump's "birther" campaign, which questioned her husband's citizenship, calling it bigoted, unsafe and "deliberately meant to stir up the wingnuts and kooks". What if that person went looking for our girls?

"Michelle Obama got paid a lot of money to write a book and they always insist you come up with controversy".

Obama says she would "never forgive" Trump for the rumors he spread questioning the legitimacy of President Barack Obama's American birth certificate, which she said threatened her family's safety.

According to quotes taken from the book, Michelle Obama writes that she would "never forgive" Trump for the part he played in the birther rumors.

Obama writes that she assumed Trump was "grandstanding" when he announced his presidential run in 2015. "I´ll give you some back", he told reporters at the White House before heading on a trip to France.

"The whole thing was insane and mean-spirited, of course, its underlying bigotry and xenophobia hardly concealed", reads an excerpt, according to the report.

According to the Ministry's spokesperson Hua Chunying, a number of achievements were made during the visit. It would be Pakistan's 13th rescue package from the multilateral lender since the late 1980s.

Michelle's book, 'Becoming Michelle, ' is about to be released, and she is extremely candid about her marriage, saying 20 years ago she felt "broken" after suffering a miscarriage.

"I felt like I failed because I didn't know how common miscarriages were because we don't talk about them", the former first lady said in an interview broadcast Friday on ABC's "Good Morning America". She says she has a "phenomenal marriage" and "we work on our marriage". She also reveals for the first time that she ultimately resorted to in vitro fertilization to conceive her two daughters.

She writes that she will "never forgive" Trump for putting her family at risk by promoting the conspiracy theory, as reported by the Washington Post.

Aside from her critical views of Trump, Obama writes openly about everything from growing up in Chicago to confronting racism in public life to her amazement at becoming the country's first black first lady.

"This odd mix-of-everything-man", when she finally let him kiss her, set off a "toppling blast of lust, gratitude, fulfillment, wonder".

"I was very surprised, pleasantly surprised, by the level of candor and the level at which she opened herself up", she added.
