Sanders Lays It Out for CNN Amid Acosta's WH Return: If He Can't Act Like an Adult, Send Someone Else

CNN reported on Sunday night that the White House had sent a letter to Acosta stating his press pass would be suspended again once the restraining order that required them to reinstate his credentials expires at the end of the month.

The White House revoked Acosta's press pass last week after Acosta refused to relinquish control of a press conference microphone, badgering the President with additional questions and finally pushing away a White House aide who attempted to take back the mic.

The ruling does leave room for the White House to provide the due process necessary to suspend Acosta's press pass as it did not address the First Amendment claims.

Supporters of Trump's banning of Acosta believe that his disruptive behavior flouted accepted standards of White House decorum, while CNN and Acosta supporters point out disruptive questions are a time-honored journalist tradition. After the ruling came down in his favour, Acosta was all smiles, saying, "I want to thank all of my colleagues in the press who supported us this week, and I want to thank the judge for the decision he made today, and let's go back to work".

Samsung makes the best TV's in my opinion, and these are the Samsung Black Friday TV deals you'll want to know about. As for the devices you traded-in, it's fair market cost would be recouped to you in the form of bill credit.

As a result, the judge ordered that the press pass be returned until the full case is heard.

CNN responded with this statement on Sunday: "The White House is continuing to violate the First and 5th Amendments of the Constitution". Trump would only say that he expects many members of his staff will eventually "move on". "It's not a big deal, and if he misbehaves we'll throw him out or we'll stop the news conference". "Decorum. You have to practise decorum", Trump said.

"You know, you can't keep asking questions, you have - we had a lot of reporters in that room, many, many reporters in that room, and they were unable to ask questions because this guy gets up and starts, you know, doing what he's supposed to be doing for him and for CNN and, you know, just shouting out questions", Trump complained.

"But more importantly, we'll just leave". "And those reporters will not be too friendly to whoever it is that's acting up".
